The community of Ride The Rockies has become family. Many of you have been to our home, know our children, and literally climbed mountains with us. We’ve adventured together, enjoyed meals, and supported each other through good times and hard.
I will never forget this community's response when the pandemic shuttered all cycling events. Our customers moved heaven and earth to keep food on the table for our kids (literally). We are eternally grateful to each of you.
In the past 24 hours, I’ve read every email submitted to Summit Cycle Solutions. We've received countless communications with overwhelming gratitude to our team. I want each of our customers to know that we aren’t going anywhere. In Colorado alone, you will find us at Triple Bypass, Bike MS, and Colorado’s Ride. Please consider supporting these amazing tours.
Where we are at:
Customer Refunds: Ride The Rockies is providing relief to cover the gross receipts of investments made in the 2024 tour. We expect an update from their team today. Providing refunds and making our customers whole is the absolute priority.
Where we are going:
Partner Events (Next Week): Every partner organization we support has reached out offering support. We will consolidate the opportunities for each of these tours next week.
Logistical Support (Next Week): Many customers have asked that we logistically support Colorado cycling routes during the week of June 10, 2024. We are looking closely at routes this weekend. Any such supported route will have no association with Ride The Rockies.
